I called Cottmans and Valarie answered. She was straight to the point and got me in as soon as possible. When I showed up the day of my appointment, Valarie was polite and very easy to talk to. I spoke to the owner, told him what vehicle codes I had and he promised they'd do everything to find the issue and pray I wouldn't need a new transmission. I in fact needed a new transmission and they had my vehicle in and out within 2 days of dropping it off. I would recommend Cottmans and I pray I never need to use them again but if I do have any issues, they'll be the first place I call.

I like Cottmans because they make you feel at home. Ken in particular exudes an old-school friendly manner. He's going to tell you the damage but not overcharge you! I will continue to bring my vehicles to Cottmans.
