Valerie was very Professional, polite and very thorough and knowledgeable with the issues I was having with vehicle. She took plenty of pictures and explained everything to me that was wrong with my vehicle. And she arrange for my vehicle to be seen early that morning by mechanic. Thank you so much Valerie. Left my car for a week while on vacation. Called 3 times during the week as they never called me. Once it was being test drove, once the tech was busy and once they were looking at it. I called back the 7th day to be told it needed brakes and wheel barings. Asked that they do the work if they had time. Again day 7. Go to pick it up day 8 to be told they were waiting on me to call back to ask to have it done. You can't be serious. Then to be told they got my suv mixed up with a sentra. Was charged a diagnostic fee for them looking at it. NEVER AGAIN!

I had work done on my car a few months ago. My initial opinion of this place has drastically changed. I was having a problem with my car recently and realized that they must’ve thrown my car together to make it drivable. I found out later from another shop. There were things that should’ve been done that wasn’t done. Disappointed because the customer service was good. Especially Valerie.

Val at Cottman will go out of her way to ensure you get the best service possible. The shop is clean, amenities for the waiting room are more than comfortable, and the technicians are eager and professional. Please don't pass up an opportunity for the best all around service in Charles County. Our household will continue to to have our automotive needs fulfilled here.

Appointment was exactly on time, work was performed exactly as estimated, friendly, professional...and done right the first time...what is not to like?

Warning! This place is definitely in the business of making money and will over-charge you for everything they can and then some. I went somewhere else and got my truck fixed for half the price they quoted.
