Valerie was very Professional, polite and very thorough and knowledgeable with the issues I was having with vehicle. She took plenty of pictures and explained everything to me that was wrong with my vehicle. And she arrange for my vehicle to be seen early that morning by mechanic. Thank you so much Valerie. You are Truly a Blessing to this company. Thanks for going over and beyond your regular duties to assist the customers. This was my first time here at Cottman. I Truly Appreciate you. Left my car for a week while on vacation. Called 3 times during the week as they never called me. Once it was being test drove, once the tech was busy and once they were looking at it. I called back the 7th day to be told it needed brakes and wheel barings. Asked that they do the work if they had time. Again day 7. Go to pick it up day 8 to be told they were waiting on me to call back to ask to have it done. You can't be serious. Then to be told they got my suv mixed up with a sentra. Was charged a diagnostic fee for them looking at it. NEVER AGAIN!

I had work done on my car a few months ago. My initial opinion of this place has drastically changed. I was having a problem with my car recently and realized that they must’ve thrown my car together to make it drivable. I found out later from another shop. There were things that should’ve been done that wasn’t done. Disappointed because the customer service was good. Especially Valerie.
