Best customer service I have received in a long time! The dealership was trying to charge me a fortune after I just paid almost $1000 for my service B routine maintenance— so I was calling around trying to find a cheaper alternative to help me decide on whether to accept or decline the over-priced recommended additional services… I originally reached out to a licensed Mercedes-Benz service provider in Waldorf, but they did not follow up with the quote nor did they respond to my inquiries; so I ask ChatGPT for a service provider in Waldorf who could replace the transfer case seals on my GLS 450, and it recommended Cottsman. They ordered OEM Mercedes-Benz parts, the technician was down to earth and did excellent work, and it was so refreshing that they did not try to nickel & dime me with a bunch of miscellaneous charges like the dealership did. Valerie consistently delivered white glove customer service from the very first phone call and all of the interactions in between, to me picking up my vehicle and even calling back with a follow up question. She was extremely knowledgeable and transparent, super personable, and an excellent multi-tasker… I will be bringing Franky back for all of his vehicle service maintenance needs— including oil changes; thank you to everyone at Cottsman’s Transmission and Total Auto Care! 🖤
