She goes out of her way to help us and make any car issue easy for us, and helps us understand everything along the way. I contacted Cottman Transmission reference an engine light being on. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Valerie and Miguel were great. They got me in and out within a couple of hours.

Do not take your car to this location. Valerie the "shop manager "is the meanest, rudest, nastiest person you ever want to encounter. She has poor communication skills, poor customer service and should not be helping customers anywhere. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
