She will listen and give the best recommendation for your vehicle’s problem with STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE and the mechanics will swiftly fix your car! I had a severe problem with my 2014 Mercedes Benz GLK, which had to do with the ISM module. Not all places can do the work on luxury cars but they got this done! They would not take my Google analysis. They had to drive my car until it gave the code, which I appreciated, which means they would not lie to me and tell me what the problem was until they were SURE! They didn’t just throw parts at me to make a sale. They actually care about their customers! I am a customer as long as Valerie is there! She deserves a RAISE!!

I cannot say enough about Valerie. This woman needs and deserves a 2 week long, all expenses paid vacation. She had me laughing throughout the whole 2 days we worked together. Very intelligent and such a hard worker. Full of stories and personality. She wears many hats and wears them all very well. I can only hope to work with such a wonderful woman again. Thank you Valerie!!! Another claim with Cottman and once again Valerie is just killing it. She handles so much! I was really surprised that there was no one else to help take calls while she took our payment. She handled a few phone calls while taking our payment for a mutual customers claim and it just astonished me the skill she has. Maintaining a AMAZING attitude and multitasking. Don't lose such a phenomenal employee. Not very many folks out there can handle all that. Might wanna get her some valuable help. Otherwise, thank you so much Cottman Transmission!! After paying $2,642.56 for repairs, I did not receive a detailed invoice explaining the diagnosis, parts, labor, or total cost. Shortly afterward, my vehicle experienced serious problems, including fluid leaks, overheating, and engine failure. I also had concerns about unclear business-name identification, communication, repair quality, and follow-up service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this shop. Consumers considering major repairs there should proceed cautiously and get all estimates, diagnoses, invoices, warranties, and the exact responsible business name in writing before approving work. Consumer Advice Do not rely only on verbal explanations for major repairs. Ask for written documentation before work begins and keep copies of everything. Get a written estimate and diagnosis. Request a detailed invoice showing parts, labor, and total cost. Confirm the exact business name responsible for the repair. Document any problems immediately after service.

I had a great experience with Cottman Transmission and Total Auto Care. They did a great job diagnosing and fixing my car emission problem. The front-end desk staff was especially helpful. She explained everything clearly before the work started and reviewed the repairs once the job was complete. I would highly recommend them.
