I spent over $6000 for a new engine and was told this work would take a week for this work to be done, a month later I showed up to pick up my vehicle and noises a sound when i starting my car and I was told I needed a starter , I gave authorization for the starter to be replaced in a notice that there was a problem with my door switched not working as well so I asked for this to be taken care as well, Specifically, what did not get fixed,door switched, which i ask to be work on.and when I came to pick up my vehicle, Valarie told me this was a three hour job and they had other vehicle to work on and to bring my vehicle back,which didn't make sense to me They did replace my starter I'm express my dissatisfaction with the service performed on Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been properly repaired. Immediately after picking up my vehicle i took my vehicle to another shop as I turn into there lot everyone noticed a loud Knocking sound,which Told me that they did not even test drive my vehicle or if they did why was I not told of another problem they found, not a good look! I'm very disappointed by the lack of care in the work. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!
Mr. Hardy, we are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the work that was performed on your vehicle. We installed an engine that you purchased and yes we did do a test drive on the vehicle. All fluids were at the correct level and the vehicle drove fine. Your vehicle was originally done when promised. When we first called you to pick up your vehicle, you told us you had a funeral and the following week you had another funeral. We were not told about the door handles you wanted to repair until after that time. We stand by our repairs with a warranty. We always say if you have an issue to contact us.
