As a customer you have the freedom of choice where you want shop. My choices were to buy a new car or remove and replace my truck transmission. After visiting numerous dealerships and several auto shops, I decided to visit Cottmans in Waldorf on a whim. One main reason I chose Cottmans was the office manger Valerie. Her congenial disposition and her ability to effectively communicate what Cottmans would provide convinced me to repair my car. In addition I am extremely happy with the warranty I got which was superior than what other shops offered.
