Cottman did a fantastic job on my car. My car was a difficult case and they stuck with it using over the board resources and determination to repair it. Thier customer service was superb keeping me abreast of the status a long the way. Very professional and caring. In the future I will recommend thier service to all who need car repairs. They are awesome@! Bill kept me informed about my car regarding the issues and the cost . They are honest and very reasonable in their prices. The dealership of my vehicle not only was going to charge me a ridiculous price( I know dealership are always more expensive) but it was going to be double the cost but they LIED to me about my problem. There wasn't a problem. I really appreciate their honesty and prices. I will take my car there again whenever I need work done.

Called to schedule a MD state inspection. I was able to bring my car in right away. I received top notch service from the inspector on duty, Steve Hsieh. He was very prompt getting to my car, there was one car ahead of mine. He was very pleasant and professional. The service he provided me made my experience quick and hassle free. I will certainly use Cottmans for other services in the future. Great customer service!!

The only ding I give is that they close at noon on Saturday which forced me to leave my car there overnight until Monday… the area it’s in has a ton of signage that says beware of break-ins…
