The service here was fast, friendly and professional. I was even provided a ride to pick up my car when the service was completed. Highly recommend.

Left my car there for inspection. They told me they can fix the gas door for the inspection . Two day didn’t get update so I called them and asked what was the status of my car. They told me they were still looking for the part for the gas door. A week goes by and then I call them again. they told tell me that that can do any service on the vehicle because they don’t do any of that there. They had my car for whole week and you just now tell me that.

What an enjoyable and pleasant experience I had at Cottman Total Auto Care and Transmission. The folks there were super nice and very accommodating. If you are looking for friendly service I highly recommend this business. I went there for a vehicle inspection and they took care of me in no time on a very rainy day. Outstanding!!!

I got my car inspected and it was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Both Mr.Bill and Ms.Valerie were extremely helpful and friendly in welcoming me and providing exceptional expertise. Mr.Bill helped me jump my car and pointed out a problem with my battery. Ms.Valerie helped me remove the tints from my car so that they could pass inspection. I definitely plan on coming back for future maintenance problems I may have. Thank you again !
