They did not tighten my wheel locks after checking my breaks doing my inspection. Had I not noticed it when I got home I could’ve lost all 4 of my wheels if I drove any further.

Mr. Hines, the Inspector informed you that your wheel lock tool was worn and would need to be replaced. He was not able to tighten the locks. Only 2 wheels were removed, one on the front and one on the back. There is only one wheel lock on each wheel. The lug nuts were tightened on the wheels, you were never in danger of losing your wheels. Please contact us if you should have any concerns. Sincerely, Cottman of Waldorf

I called for a same day inspection and the staff was amazing over the phone. When I arrived, I received excellent service and a comfortable place to sit, as well as TV and coffee. The inspection went extremely well and had an excellent price tag to boot. As a new MD resident, Cottman of Waldorf made an already difficult day just a little bit easier. I HIGHLY recommend!
