I brought my 2013 VW Tiguan in with an engine check light and it was also burning oil. We had a wedding in PA the next day. We were in a panic. However, Ken (Owner/Manager) Valorie (She really runs the place), Henry and Matt all came through for us. The Tiguan runs like a charm. They had to replace the entire PCV Assembly. No easy task. Plus finding OEM parts with the supply issues. Thanks to Cottman's coming through in a crisis we are on our way to a wedding in PA. They are the best. I would give then 10 stars if it was possible.

The amount of the service diagnosis was not shared with me until I picked up and pay for the vehicle. However, they did plug two slow tire leaks. So Im not sure what I paid for.

We are sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the service you received. The amount you were charged is for the Lift Inspection and Diagnostic fee. We did not charge you to plug the tires. Cottman of Waldorf
