Originally went online to setup an appointment to check a possible transmission fluid leak, have the filter and tansmissiin fluid replaced. Now as for the online you're suppose to wait to be contacted. After no call to confirm I placed a call. Got my appointment for the coming Thursday. I was able to drop off the day before. Vehicle was checked Thursday in a timely manner. Returned early that afternoon.

Took my 2018 Chevy Traverse to have regular maintenance work done. Four months later I had to replace the transmission. There was nothing wrong with the transmission when I took it there. do not take a new car to coxman they don't know what they're doing. When they called them they told me it would be 2weeks before they could look at it. I had been going to them every since they were located in Washington DC over 30 years ago
