We were having a transmission problem on a long road trip from NC to NJ. Valerie was not only helpful, she was wonderful to speak with. She was reassuring, kind and genuinely empathetic to our problem. I would definitely deal with her again!

Valerie was very Professional, polite and very thorough and knowledgeable with the issues I was having with vehicle. She took plenty of pictures and explained everything to me that was wrong with my vehicle. And she arrange for my vehicle to be seen early that morning by mechanic. Thank you so much Valerie.
