My experience was great! I was at the Chevrolet dealership to get the work completed, however I was very disappointed. I left there and came to Cottrans When I walked into Cottmans the manager was very welcoming and reassured me that I was going to be able to get my car complete in the same day!!! And they did!!!! They were able to get my car in and out in the same day. I would recommend everyone that I know to Coffman’s. Thanks Laquita for explaining the process so thoroughly to me.

My experience with Cottman Transmission was exceptional. The staff was very professional, they were committed to identifying the issues I had with my car. Even though the face an all is well, they conducted multiply checks and rechecks to ensure they were not over looking an issue. Despite the systems check not displaying in message error codes they still persisted in trying to replicate the description if problems I was having. I found Cottman Transmission to display high quality, integrity and honesty. I would not hesitate to return to their service center if I ever have trouble with my Transmission.

I was actually hesitant to use a service that wasn't Nissan on my 2011 Altima I called Cottman and got very personable service everything was explained Parts came quickly service was Immaculate and my brakes are doing well can't complain at all about my experience with Cottman, kudos
