My car fell ill , I took it to Cottman for healing they took me in with no appointment and I was called sooner than later with the news I could now come and pick up my vehicle child. Unfortunately my finances took a turn for the worse temporarily. The staff there showed consideration and empathy with my situation and worked out a payment plan with me. I don’t know if they are aware of how much this one jester helped out my family. Car repairs can be expensive at Cottman I didn’t feel as though I was taken advantage of nor did I feel like just another customer. I would recommend this shop to any and all. Overall Great service.
