My Toyota 4Runner needed to be serviced and Cottman's was open during the covid-19 crisis. I was thankful because my car was leaking and I didn't want to drive the car and make it worse. They were VERY helpful and fixed me the same day. I highly recommend Cottman's. I will be taking my 4Runner back every time it needs service. I trust Ken and Bill. They are saving me so much money versus the Toyota Dealership.

My have 3 vehicles that we only take to Cottmans. Their always professional when we come in to have them serviced. Their diagnosis is always on point, and we always have them back quickly. Their work speak speaks for it self. I would greatly recommend everyone to take their vehicles their to have them serviced. 👍🏿

I’ve been using them for my 2009 impala for about 3 years now and they have never let me down! They get the job done! Fast turn around! And they fix what needs to be fixed. Prices are affordable . I gotta say I love this place! Ken and bill and other have great customer service and I’d recommend the world use Cottman Trans and Total Care of Waldorf! Their Service is AWESOME!

Great service but a little expensive

I'm going to try to keep this short! I haven't been here since 2011 when they fixed my transmission which was awesome. Now last fast forward to Tuesday Feb. 25, 2020. I had a leak in my coolant tank I've been getting the run around with my dealership for about a month. After my car had a major incident I got up and took it to Cottman (no appointment). They quoted me 30 minutes until they were able to check my car out. By the time I made my coffee they had already looked at my car. They not only fixed in an 1 hour and 30 like the quoted the price was way cheaper than the dealership and I was so excited. I will definitely be back for any issues I have after this experience! Thanks Guys!!!

Ken is a straight to the point no fluff type of guy that would seem brash over the phone...until you meet him..and find out that he's not only eagerly friendly but hes the owner. Bill is extremely patient & willing to answer all of your questions, despite their workload. I haven't met him yet but its clear that as the store manager he runs a tight ship with his expert technicians to give your vehicle top notch service.

Extremely nice! They were able to get me an appointment same day I called. Kept me informed throughout the day on what the problem was, price and when it was expected to be completed. Job was done in a timely manner. Would recommend.
