Ken and the crew is always very friendly and very professional. I have a car through CarMax and a warranty 🙄 and if you know anything about CarMax or their warranty people you know that process can be extremely stressfully. Cottmans has been a lifesaver and they do great work!!!

Initially given MD State Inspection, in which I failed. There was some confusion about the reason for the failed inspection; which could have resulted in very costly repairs, had I not questioned the inspector’s report. Nonetheless, Cottman resolved the inspection issue, performed the reasonably priced repairs needed, and re-inspected my vehicle all within a timely fashion. Overall, the experience ended up being remarkably pleasant and professional.

The work is good but i paid 7 times more for labor then the parts. I don't care what ANYBODY SAYS, that's crazy to me

Your vehicle came into the shop with severe oil leaks. Sometimes repairs are very labor intensive, which was the case with your vehicle. This was my first visit here and I have to say this place of business was very professional and the staff was really nice. Waiting room facility was very clean and the manager there very professional and had my service completed and a timely manner. I will definitely will be back here for any mechanical service.
